2. Assembly (Editing)

The coordination stays under the supervision of your "spoc" (single Person of contact) with whom you beforehand prepared your event, namely the sales manager and\or the project manager.

We’re available 7/7 days & 24/24 hours !


3. Test - Rehearsal

To reassure you and be definitively operational for the beginning of your congress / debate / meeting / symposium we send a general-purpose team which will take care of the installation as well as of the service (performance) of your construction site from A to Z.

At the end of editing, the present team will be capable and available to begin a global rehearsal of your presentation (display) and\or reassure you on the smooth running of such or such technology!

5. Dismantling

At the end of event, we also insure the total resumption of the on-site harmed (served) equipments.

According to hours, the spot team takes care of the dismantling and the recovery of the equipment, or in defect, we send a team twice to insure this task


6. Transport

CAS works in a completely autonomous way and is dependent by no means on third party for some of its activities resumed above, there this included the transport and the routing of the on-site equipments.

We arrange several vehicles with variable volume according to the ordered quantity of equipments.
We also insure the express deliveries of said rent "sandbank" in case of use of the material (equipment) by the customer.

In the great majority of the cases, we do not impute transport costs for the region and the Brussels town (conglomeration).

7. Interpretation(Performance) - Interpreters IS/Consec IS/Consec.

CAS insures a complete and general-purpose service in any autonomy, that is why, we also suggest you assuring any types of meetings and what whatever are the used languages.

We supply interpreters awarded a diploma with going experiment of the languages classic as:

FR / UK / NL / GR / IT / SP

NW / FINL / JAP / CHI / RUS / …

A booking 1 month in advance is imperative to insure the availability of these last ones.

We also ask to possess all the documentation useful for the meeting at least 15 days in advance to brief to best the interpreters and insure an optimal quality of performance.


8. Postproduction

To exploit in best your recordings (audio / video) during your events, we also propose you several formulae of editing in postproduction to supply you a product finished by type film " corporate " about diverse supports such as the Beta Beta/DVD / DV cam / HD cam …
